2. Membership and Access:
Membership Agreement: Use of our gym facilities requires a valid membership agreement. Membership details, including fees, terms, and conditions, are outlined in the separate membership agreement.
24/7 Access: Our 24/7 access is a privilege granted to members in good standing. We reserve the right to revoke this access at any time for violations of our rules or policies.
Key Fobs/Access Cards: Members are responsible for the safe keeping of their key fobs or access cards. Lost or damaged cards may incur a replacement fee.
No Sharing: Memberships and access cards are non-transferable. Sharing access with non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in membership termination.
3. Use of the Site:
Content: The content on this Site, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the content.
Intellectual Property: All content on this Site is the property of Patriot Fitness 24/7 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Use of Gym Facilities:
Rules and Regulations: Members are required to adhere to all posted rules and regulations within the gym facilities.
Equipment Use: Use gym equipment responsibly and safely. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
Personal Belongings: Patriot Fitness 24/7 is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Conduct: Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. Disruptive or offensive conduct will not be tolerated.
Dress Code: Members are required to wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear.
Liability Waiver: All members are required to sign a liability waiver before using our facilities. This waiver outlines the risks associated with physical activity and releases Patriot Fitness 24/7 from liability for injuries.
5. Limitation of Liability:
Patriot Fitness 24/7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our facilities.
We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content on our Site or the suitability of our facilities.
