CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINING COACH
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM and have over 30 years of experience helping clients achieve healthier lifestyles. Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of improving not only client's strength, cardiovascular health and endurance but also the importance of proper mobility and nutrition.
My positive attitude, humor, knowledge, skillset and passion for fitness has helped clients excel and rev up their training. I’m innovative and creative, ensuring that you’ll never get bored. Being an avid athlete, I have a wide range of knowledge and experience in marathon training, CrossFit and bodybuilding. I competed for several years in bodybuilding and ended my run with a world title. My other certifications include Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Nutrition, Precision Nutrition & TRX.
I am originally from Canada but have been in the Upper Valley for 24 years. When I’m not in the gym you can find me walking our dog, reading books, or paddling on my board!

Denise Bloom, ACE CPT/CHC
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINING COACH
I have been an avid weight lifter for more than 25 years achieving records in Olympic and powerlifting, I became certified so I could help people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. I have 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry designing exercise programs and providing strategies to help people live healthier lives.
My certifications include ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer and Health Coach, FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Level 1 and Training for Warriors Level 1 coaching certifications along with being a qualified group TRX Suspension and RIP trainer instructor. My background includes one on one and small group personal training, health coaching and small group fitness.
I grew up in the Upper Valley, continue to love lifting, obstacle races and time outside with my family.
