Sean Kuit
Like many, my journey at this gym began with uncertainty. I didn't know how to effectively improve my health, so I sought guidance from a personal trainer, a coach who taught me how to achieve my fitness goals.
My fitness journey, however, started long before I joined a gym. As a father of three, I stayed active, coaching recreational sports for nine years and playing occasional pick-up games. When I finally joined this gym, it was a welcome outlet after 25 years as a traveling salesman. Despite my perceived activity level, I was far from healthy.
A routine health check-up revealed I had developed severe Type-2 Diabetes. My doctor's stark warning—a 75% chance of limb amputation and a 50% risk of heart disease before age 50—was a wake-up call. I needed a dramatic lifestyle change and expert guidance. Though I had goals like increased exercise, improved nutrition, and proper hydration, I lacked the necessary knowledge. Consequently, I hired a trainer at this gym, embarking on an educated fitness journey. This led to an 80-pound weight loss and a significant improvement in my overall well-being, ultimately culminating in my acquisition of the gym. Sharing my story has allowed me to inspire and support countless members, fostering a culture of shared achievement.
I'm incredibly proud to own an independent fitness club, which allows us to prioritize the small details that enhance the overall member experience.
For the past six years, I've been dedicated to serving those seeking their own fitness journeys. More than just customer service, we focus on the customer experience. This creates a community where members celebrate their accomplishments and the shared effort that made them possible.

Seeing members connect, laugh, and achieve their goals together is what makes my job so fulfilling.

Tara Ebejer, NASM CPT/CES/PES
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINING COACH
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM and have over 30 years of experience helping clients achieve healthier lifestyles. Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of improving not only client's strength, cardiovascular health and endurance but also the importance of proper mobility and nutrition.
My positive attitude, humor, knowledge, skillset and passion for fitness has helped clients excel and rev up their training. I’m innovative and creative, ensuring that you’ll never get bored. Being an avid athlete, I have a wide range of knowledge and experience in marathon training, CrossFit and bodybuilding. I competed for several years in bodybuilding and ended my run with a world title. My other certifications include Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Nutrition, Precision Nutrition & TRX.
I am originally from Canada but have been in the Upper Valley for 24 years. When I’m not in the gym you can find me walking our dog, reading books, or paddling on my board!

Denise Bloom, ACE CPT/CHC
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINING COACH
I have been an avid weight lifter for more than 25 years achieving records in Olympic and powerlifting, I became certified so I could help people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. I have 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry designing exercise programs and providing strategies to help people live healthier lives.
My certifications include ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer and Health Coach, FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Level 1 and Training for Warriors Level 1 coaching certifications along with being a qualified group TRX Suspension and RIP trainer instructor. My background includes one on one and small group personal training, health coaching and small group fitness.
I grew up in the Upper Valley, continue to love lifting, obstacle races and time outside with my family.
